This afternoon I had my first visit with neurosurgeon, Glenn Harper MD, at Seton Brain and Spine in Round Rock. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened carefully and said that he wants to help me. He actually looked at the protruding vertebra (T7) to determine which area he needed to concentrate on. Unfortunately, he couldn’t tell exactly what the problem is from the online information that was available from the Seton system; it doesn’t include scans. He sent orders to ARA to have a scan with pointer done so he can see exactly what is going on. He also said he doesn’t think that the rods need to be extended. YEAH!! I will see him again after we get the results of the scan.
