Sorry about the length of time between posts. I keep hoping I'll have a few minutes to catch my breath but there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day, lol! As I mentioned in my last entry, we stopped by son Larry's last Sunday to catch up a bit. We hadn't seen them in over 6 months so it was nice to see them alone before heading over to nephew Jared's birthday party with all the rest of the clan. It tends to get quite hectic when we are all together so we wanted to hug & kiss them ahead of time. Miss Jasmine loves to be the life of the party & she had her special moment reading a story to the crowd. The book is actually one that belonged to Tawnia when she was a child. Of course, Miss Jasmine is only three years old so of course she isn't 'reading it'. We understand that after Tawnia read to her about 8 times, she had it memorized enough to repeat all 157 words exactly! And she does it with such gusto....Can't you just hear "and the BIGGGGG, HUNGRY bear etc etc etc". She got plenty of clapping & kisses when she was done.

Of course six month old cousins Levi & Madison got their fair share of hugs & kisses too! It was so cute watching the two of them together. They are just a few days apart and it's fun watching them learn to do new things. They sure love looking at each other, makes them laugh and us too! I don't remember what 6 month old babies are supposed to be doing but they both sure seem advanced to me. Of course all of the children in this family are gifted and special just like all of the children in your families, right????

The week has been full of shopping, cleaning, decorating, cooking, wrapping etc. We're making progress but still lots to do in the coming week. Onyx goes to the groomers on Tuesday & I need a haircut too. Larry got his this past week. I'm going to put everything else off until after the first of the year. We have several friends we'd like to see while we're in town. If you are one of them (you know who you are), and you are reading this, we'll be contacting you soon to try & match schedules. I'm afraid that will be after Christmas sometime but we'll be looking forward to it.

Tawnia's birthday is today. Happy Birthday honey, we love you!! We celebrated it yesterday & of course I took pics, but I'll share those next time. It's time to hit the sack....night!
