History: Muscat, Oman is a stunning setting between the Arabian Sea and the rocky western Al Hajar Mountains. Whitewashed buildings watched over by traditional dhow fishing boats bobbing in the harbor, the city is also a trove of royal and Islamic treasures. The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque was open in 2001 and can hold 20,000 worshippers.

Wow such a beautiful country absolutely spotless would come back in a heartbeat. No crime, little traffic, no trash, friendly people who are clean.

Unfortunately have to leave and approach the Gulf of Aden, where the ship has stretched razor wire, look at the pictures, and we have 4 sharp shooters that will be positioned on deck. Pirate activity is high and we will also have the protection of naval forces. Here we go to Aqaba Jordan.
