The Bouchers at Home on the Road travel blog

We were very glad to get back to the Cape and see family and get caught up on hugs and kisses from the what family we could find on such short notice! Kyle and Brynn look like they've grown a foot each. Jack was visiting a friend, so we missed him, and the Newton Highlands part of the clan, David and family who live outside Boston, had busy schedules, so we couldn't connect with them, but, hopefully, they can make a trip up to see us soon.

This trip we stayed at Peter's Pond campground, which we stayed in last Fall while we were selling the house. We had a good site, and it was very quiet, since school has started and there were few kids around. We only stayed 4 nights, since we were anxious to get up to Maine and get settled in there. The traffic and congestion of the northeast is always a shock to us when we come back from the western states. The wilds of Bucksport will look good to us.
