|Well we made it home Thursday afternoon 860 miles. We left Tuesday night Doug's family had got to Sanford airport on time but it was storming. They were holding all planes and there wasn't a place to unload. The pilot told them they were the last plane to land rest of them were being diverted to airports in different parts of Florida. So after setting on the runway or almost 2 hours they got to get off.
We had everything ready for them and we were packed so we took off and got in 162 miles. Wednesday we made it through Atlanta GA which is a traffic nightmare stop and go. We stopped at our favorite Drury Inn on the north side of Atlanta around 3pm then Thursday we were home after 860 miles by 2pm. It wasn't that bad of a drive this time traffic was moving good most people running 75 to 80 mph and very little road construction.
We went to the wedding of Logan and Hollie last night. Which was the reason that we had came home. When we became youth leaders at church he was our 1st youth we had. We would go visiting peoples homes trying to get more kids in church and he hung in there with us every Wednesday.
I have already started on my to do list. It has to be done before our next adventure.
