This town is only 25 miles away from Decatur and is on the Wabash River. The State Park (pronounced Wabash but spelled Ouabache) has a lake, swimming pool, hiking and biking trails, and a nice campground. I paid for a week but I may stay another week. It's time to just chill and enjoy Mother Nature and the easy life. I've had a lot on my mind lately.

The estimate for repairs to my motor home is over $4000 and I was warned that it may be more or less - it depends on what they find and how long it takes to repair the slide and check out the engine compartment for integrity. I decided to accept the estimate and scheduled the repairs. They can take me on Aug. 10 which is 3 weeks earlier than I was first told, so I'm hoping it doesn't take all week to get it fixed and therefore costs less money! With these repairs done, I plan on keeping Miss Daisy for the next few years at least.

I'm all set up and have no neighbors, so I'm going outside to relax and read a book!
