Our trip from Rock Port to Danville, MO was 294 miles of much the same scenery we have been in for the last several trips. It is a little greener than South Dakota but still a lot of corn and sorghum fields. One of the problems we are having is taking pictures as the sun is in our faces as we head east in the mornings. Of course, not much to take picture of either.
We didn't do anything here as Danville is very small. We are staying in the Lazy Day Campground
which is a fairly large campground out in the middle of nowhere. We have a 50 amp full hookup, pull-through site long enough to leave Libby hooked up while here. We have good Verizon and the satellite was easily aligned. The campground is very hilly but they have done a pretty good job of making the driveways level, though without jacks, our site was a little unlevel but not enough to prevent putting out the slides.
Tomorrow we head through St. Louis to Cape Girardeau for a two-night stay.
