Nice big expanse of grass for the dogs to romp and play

True to our promise that only in "emergencies" would we travel more than 250 miles in a day, we took two days to get to Eugene, ORE. The first day, Monday the 14th we landed in Klamath Falls for the night, staying behind Mollies truck stop amongst the trucks. Then it was up and outa there early after a good Mollies breakfast. On Tuesday shortly before noon we rolled into Deerwood RV park near the junction of I-5 and Hwy 58. A nice place, private, family owned small park of about 76 spaces, fairly quiet with great amenities. See the pics of our setup and surrounding open areas of the parks... You'll like it too if you come this way. Besure to call ahead they fill quickly.

With all the family things to do, Dave needs to meet a rod building supplier he's dealt with for several years and buy a few things from him, Dan Craft is his name. The office/shop is in West Fir, OR, up in the mountains from Eugene off Hwy 58. Oh and go fishing, Dave needs to fish, gotta fish. Our week here will be full of family time as it's Beckys' brother Maurices' birthday and all are gathered for the celebration.
