After a early breakfast we load up our luggage and make a early start leaving the hotel at 7:00AM and head for the ferry landing, it is just a short ride about 10 minutes get on the ferry and head for the mainland, when we get there we load into 5 waiting taxi's and make a dash for the border which is about 40km away. We pay our 3.00 dollars USD exit fee get our passports stamped we are out of Nicaragua, then off for the short walk to the Costa Rica border. We get there and there is no line so where able to get our passports stamp and into Costa Rica before the big uses arrive. Then on to our waiting bus for a long ride to Monteverde where we will spend the next two nights, this is our last long bus ride great lol. We get to our hotel around 6:00PM get our luggage unloaded and checked into our rooms then time for a meeting making plans for things to do tomorrow, off for some dinner and a couple new Costa Rican beers and back to hotel and bed
