|As we were leaving for Lincoln City, we stopped and were treated to two Does and a Fawn crossing the road. We were told about a quaint village called Neskowin nestled along the coastline. This truly was an experience, most of the homes are beautifully decorated with flowers, sea bouys and driftwood. We had lunch in Lincoln City at Kallows next to the World Shortest River - "D river", There were some interesting formations in a cove south of town, We went looking for Antique Japanese glass floats used on fishing nets, most are found during the winter. We were able to find two very rare ones at two antique stores - one was a Japanese light blue (Aqua) one with water inside, water was forced in through microscopic pores while it was deep in the water and one with air pockets in the glass that formed a spindle (two large air pockets conneced by a long narrow air pocket - only 1 in every 2000 floats are found with spindles.
