After we left Poolville we noticed the Navigation system was not working right. We first stopped at a welding place to have diamond plate boxes made for the two generators. Then we stopped at Camping World to schedule an appointment to have the second air conditioner fixed. Then we made it to Mckinney and checked into the rv park. Then we went over to Steve and Patti's house. Patti has been feeding us wonderful meals. Last night we invited them over to the trailer for dinner on us. And the night before we took them out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant. When Patti and Steve came over for dinner we also invited a couple that live at the rv park and own a HitchHiker and are members of the Forum.
Every day we have been here Susan has shopped at Walmart. Today is our last day here. Tomorrow we leave with stops at Camping World and the welding shop. Then we start heading North for the rally at Yellowstone NP.
Almost forgot. While in McKinney we found that our Pioneer Nav system is not compatible with the new truck. So we bought a Kenwood with Nav by Garmin. It works fine, but will take some getting used to. A couple of the features I liked on the Pioneer do not exist on the Kenwood. But the Kenwood has some features not found on the Pioneer that we really like.
