This afternoon an RV tech came to do three jobs on my list: Clean/replace the water heater anode, replace the city water inlet to the fresh water tank and replace the gaskets on both refrigerator doors. However, the tech discovered that there is no anode to be replaced; the heater has a different design. That was one less thing for me to be concerned about in the future. He replaced the city water inlet, using one that I already had, and checked it for leaks. It was fine. He will have to order new gaskets for the refrigerator. He had finished in less than an hour. He will check with my continuing maintenance contract to see whether they will cover any of the parts and/or labor.
