Today I went on my first outing. After visiting the orthopedist for a couple of check-ups he said I should visit the balneario and hot springs at San Juan Cosala to start getting some water therapy.
Leo Brandon, my caregiver, and Jim Kaye and I packed our bags and spent a few hours in the thermal waters at San Juan.
