This morning I drove up to Caddo, Oklahoma, a little town of about 950 people. It is about ten miles north of Durant. There I visited the Caddo Indian Territory Museum and Library.
That little museum was stuffed to the gills with memorabilia, household items, photographs, etc.! There were several examples of things that I had never seen before, for example: (1) miniature calculator about the size of an office telephone, (2) motor-driven X-ray time switch and (3) an open steamer trunk. I enjoyed learning about all these things.
