Yippee Tyo's! travel blog

An Arizona sunset

Aren't they something?

Cactus!

and more.

We got the truck back and it was pretty close to the estimate, in fact $2 under. Total $798 for a 90,000 mile check up. I was expecting them to at least give it a bath, but you don’t get any extras for $798…maybe if we had spent $800. Hmmm, what happened to great customer service?

John headed over to Fry’s where he picked up the two recliners we bought a few days ago. They look great in the trailer and I love having a recliner again. Whoopee doooo. This was the one thing we really missed was our recliners.

It has been over a year and we have the couch and an oversized chair and we nicely fought over who got to sit in it. It was more comfortable than the couch, that is for sure. The problem is that they don’t always put the best furniture in an RV and our couch is getting a big saggy. Tomorrow I will post some photos of them. Suffice it to say, we are very happy.

We then packed the chair and ottoman in the truck and headed off to Goodwill. They were happy to receive it, and we were happy to accommodate.

Then, we came home and sat in our recliners, watched T.V. and happy as two couch (recliner) potatoes could be. Toby likes the chairs too, in case you were wondering.

Threw in some random photos from the past...nothing from the present today. Hope you like them.
