Treeless hills on way to Yunta

We set off for our next destination which was Broken Hill but it was going to take a couple of days as we got away from Vics a little later then intended, we also took a diversion so we could met up with Fifth Wheeler Sue and her dogs 'Milly and Henry'. We meet up at Eudunda and spent a couple of hours together in a park chatting and playing with the dogs. Hopefully we will see the three of them again when they come through Wauchope. We have many good memories and it was sad saying farewell once more.

There were lots of sheep in the paddocks as we drove along (more then we have seen anywhere else on our trip) and the landscape consisted on hills with practically no timber on them at all. It must have been a high wind area as there were lots of wind farms along our route.

We pulled in for the night at Yunta and camped in a rest area right in the centre of the village. Unfortunately there was a caravan near us that was running their very loud generator, he said he needed it for his fridge and would turn it off later, it didn't get dark until 9pm and it was still running well after that. He turned it off just before Pete was going to have a chat to him. He started running it again early the next morning and woke us both up. We reckon he would have been told off frequently at camp sites, he mustn't have read the etiquette of camping. We hope we don't run into him again and we have to admit we have been pretty lucky with generator noise this trip.
