Why Coopersville, you ask? It's a member of Passport America where I can camp for half price. I can stay here, on Grand River, for 4 nights and explore the area. To get here, I went by but not through Kalamazoo then went around Grand Rapids by going west past Holland and up to Grand Haven. I expect to find some good stuff around here over the next 3 days.
I saw a great sunset tonight where the sky turned many shades of pink and lavender. When I crossed the "street" to look at the sunset over the river, my neighbor and his Papillon (pappy on) dog was outside. Molly came over to me very exuberantly and ran all around me. Then she brought over a tennis ball and we played some toss and catch. She is a very beautiful and lovable dog! The wife said that Papillon means beautiful butterfly - Molly is white with brown around her face and ears that look like a butterfly!
