For those of you who didn't see this on Facebook, I borrowed the following from Glenn Beck's Christmas greeting. I thought it expressed my feelings so well and was written better than I could that he wouldn't mind if I used it. is a joyous day.

We hope that wherever you are, family and friends surround you and that you find peace and comfort in the true meaning of Christmas. For on this day, a Savior was born, Christ the Lord. His gift of redemption is the greatest gift of all, so give thanks to the Lord. May your table and home be blessed this day and every day. And may the true spirit of Christmas envelope you. Share with friends and family Linus’ speech from A Charlie Brown Christmas, taken from Luke 2:8-14, so everyone knows what Christmas is all about: And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. From our family to your family, we wish you Merry Christmas, and a great, great 2016.
