#1 selling brew in NZ, "Pride of the South". Great tour. After the 1940Speights rewery fire, a new building was erected. Some of the machinery installed in 1940 is still in operation today. Impressive. This brewery is one of the only gravity fed brewing processes around Tasted 6 different brews at the end of the tour. My faves were the distinction ale, old dark (both original recipes from the 1800s, and the chocolate ale. Yum.
