We visited the RV Museum in Elkhart today, it has a wonderful display of antique RV’s as well as a few new ones. The RV Founders Hall displays trailers, photos, and memorabilia reaching back to the 1920's and 1930's. The museum presents chronological and technological advancements in the industry from before WW I to the present.

We especially loved seeing Mae West’s 1931 house car. It was built for Paramount Studios to present to Miss West when she left vaudeville to make movies in 1931. We also loved seeing all the names in brick outside, including the Escapee’s RV Club. This is a really cool museum, we highly recommend it to all our readers. We will be leaving Elkhart in a couple of days heading to Illinois, check back later for more.
