Fishing excuses...:-)

Our last stop was in Forsyth for great Mexican food...

It has been soooo cold in Branson, we have not been out to do much. We even had some snow, but it didn’t stick to the ground. Branson has even broken a lot of records for the coldest days in November. We are ready for warmer weather, it is about 28 degrees as I write. :-)

We did mange to go out and do a bit of exploring yesterday. We drove over to Rockaway Beach and checked out the fishing docks etc. Rockaway Beach is located on the White River in the basin as well as Lake Tanneycomo. We noticed the town was mostly closed with the record cold, but we did manage to get a few pictures. We also stopped in Forsyth for a great lunch. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. Check back for more exploring as soon as the weather warms a bit.
