This morning we left the RV park in Cody around 9:00. Before we could get on the road, Barbara had to go to Bearco to have four new tires installed on her trailer. I parked on a nearby street to wait for her. By the time we were on our way again, it was a quarter till 11:00.
We drove west and north along the Yellowstone River valley. The green fields against the backdrop of the Beartooth Mountains were beautiful. There were many trees with gray-green leaves alongside the highway and scattered in the fields. I believe they are wild olive trees.
After getting settled into our sites and resting for a little while, we went to the Cracker Barrel for dinner. That is one of Barb’s favorite places. Then we went to Best Buy, where Barb tried to find a filter for her new camera lens. No luck.
