The White House, rows of monuments dedicated to remembering war ( The country has existed for 235 years and been in some kind of war for 209 years!), clean streets and the Australian embassy had Santa in board shorts, riding a surfboard led by kangaroos. That was the highlight of the trip - oh the FBI building, but at the end of the day they are just dull buildings surrounded by stories commemorating warfare and the need for violence to restore peace. And the snipers on the White House weirded me out - gun culture is very much a part of American rights.
Must See: 2/5 unless you watch war documentaries then go forth and see this!
