Wow, what a wonderful cruise—and always soooo good to get home again! We disembarked the Prinsendam about 0900 and were at the U-Store-It within thirty minutes (clearing customs & immigration included). All was fine with the coach (except it is much dirtier) and she started up without a hitch.

We loaded the bags and headed north to J. Dickenson State Park, with a stop at the Frerking's home to pick up Carpe Dinkum, which they kindly allowed us to park in their driveway while we were away. True to their normal kindness, they also fed us lunch.

We arrived at the State Park and were reassigned to a nice long spot. By 1430 we were "home" and headed to a nearby Publix for victuals. After unpacking we showered and fell into our own bed for a great nite's sleep.

Sun, 13 Mar: Drove the car to Fort Lauderdale to meet and have lunch with Wes & Ginger, cruising buddies from our '08 Alaska cruise. It was great to visit with them, but the traffic back home on I-95 was pretty harrowing. Several severe accidents with resulting backups. Stopped at Costco on the way home for more victuals.

Mon, 14 Mar: We had some doctor appointments today. All seems to be OK, although Sandi's shingles continue to be a source of annoyance (not to mention pain). Had dinner with John & Eileen at a wonderful BBQ, and took plenty of leftovers back for future meals.
