Hidden Water Hole

Fish and Chips

The Ghost Gum Tree

Stanley Chasm

Today we started with a drive out to the East MacDonnell Range. We walked in the Trephina Gorge. Amazing Views. After the views we found a nice water hole.. except that it was already occupied by a guy that did not have his bathing suit with him... out in the middle of no where, can't blame him though, it is a great spot. Then we stopped at the most amazing tree, it was a prefect Ghost Gum Tree. Then lunch in town and you got it.. Fish and chips and coke. Then out to the West MacDonnells and first up is the Stanley Chasm ... the walls are very narrow and you walk and climb over the rocks and up ladders... WOW.. Then as we left we had a short stand off with two horses that decided to stop in the middle of the road. Next the Alice Springs Desert Park.. Where we spent hours going through all the different types of animals and plant life. Elton's favorite of course was the Thorney Devil.... cool and amazing animal..
