To Seattle, WA Area
This morning I got up early enough to do my laundry before check-out time. I was on the road by 11:30. The drive was pleasant and easy through the mountains. There were no scenic overlooks, which disappointed me.
When I arrived at the KOA, I was assigned to site 4 but discovered that it has no trees. I asked to be moved to another site which has trees, and they agreed to it.
Once I got settled, I visited with Barb a while. We made some plans for our visit. We reserved seats on a bus tour to downtown Seattle. The bus will pick us up at the RV park in the morning at 8:45. That beats trying to find parking downtown.
Barb gave me some fresh fruits and vegetables that she had bought at a stand near a truck farm. For dinner tonight I had cheese with corn on the cob, cucumbers and tomatoes followed by three pieces of fruit. What a treat!
