International RV Park, Daytona Beach, FL
In the shadow of Daytona's famous racetrack,...

OK, so this isn't Brunswick... All nite it rained & drizzled so we awoke to gloom and mud. We decided we'd like to spend a nite out of the forest, so we elected to press on southward. Daytona Beach was a convenient 275 mile drive from Savannah, and there is a very nice Passport America park. So, here we are with the open sky and thunderstorms on the horizon.

It rained off and on most of the way south, but only briefly was it heavy enough to be a concern. We bought eighty gallons of Diesel at a Flying J north of Brunswick, and stopped for lunch at the Florida Welcome Center on I-95. An uneventful trip, except for drivers who cannot figure out that one should accelerate on the ramp, not once you've pulled into the traffic lanes. On ramps are dangerous places down here.

Not too sure about tomorrow's plans. We're within an easy drive of West Palm Beach, but not yet sure where to stay. Parks in that ritzy area are pretty expensive...
