It's a long, long way between home and Flagstaff, AZ our next destination. As retirees we are not under a tight schedule, but it's often not clear whether we should stop and do some sightseeing or bite the bullet and get the driving out of the way. Today turned out to be a driving day, but we hope to return to Oklahoma City tomorrow to visit the memorial honoring the folks who died when the Murrah building was bombed.

Casino camping seems to be a theme this trip. We are camping at another casino for free about five miles off the expressway. The casino is not nearly as nice as the one where we stopped in Kansas City, but the sites have water, electricity, and sewer connections. We are perched at the end of a parking lot overlooking buffalo grazing. For an over night stop this place meets all our needs and the price is certainly right!
