Ed & Marilyn 'The Happy Wanderers' travel blog

Today was a lazy day at sea, but things picked up considerably in the evening.

Again, we skipped the traditional dining meal and opted for a special “Crab Shack” offering including King Crab Legs, Snow Crab Clusters, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Corn, Potatoes, and Sausages, all served with Garlic Bread and wine. It was delicious but did cost us a cover charge of $20 per person.

After this delicious meal we strolled down to the Princess Live theater for a “Passenger Feud” game with passengers competing against each other. The real fun followed that game when they played a take off of the Balderdash game where the audience tried to determine who was lying about the meaning of a word you had probably never heard of before.

The people telling the lies were the Cruise Director, The Assistant Cruise Director, and the Comedian who has kept us in stitches the past two nights.

We all had a good time with tons of laughter, and it was after 10:30 by the time we arrived back at our cabin.

We put on our PJ’s and sat out on the balcony for some time.

We watched as another cruise ship passed us going the other direction. It was beautiful, all aglow with lights on.

So, a day which began so quietly, ended on a really high note, and we looked forward to a good night of sleep.

Life is Good!
