Trekking with Daisy 2009-10 travel blog

This morning I received a call from Julie in Customer Relations at T-Mobile's Albuquerque office. She apologized for all the trouble I've had with my new account and said that she would add $60 credit as a goodwill gesture. She also told me that she had closed my old account. Now my faith in them is restored. I really like their simple pre-paid plan. That's why I changed over to them in the first place.
