Larry’s place is only about 85 miles from the rest area so I fully intended to get there today. However, as I was driving through Longview, about 30 miles from the rest area, I passed this beautiful lake/park and had to stop. I ended up staying at Lake Sacagawea Park for over 5 hours. I walked around the lake, (one complete loop is 3 miles), and found 6 geocaches along the way. It was a very lovely way to spend the afternoon. After the stop at the park, I was too pooped to drive the 55 miles to Larry’s so I drove 3 miles to Walmart instead and that’s where I am now.
