We spent four nights camping in the Wawona Campground inside Yosemite National Park. The campground is a few miles inside the south entrance to the park. We were really camping there - no electric or water hookups or showers. Our campsite was right next to the south fork of the Merced River. We had about a forty-five minute trip from the campground to Yosemite Valley. We spent two days exploring in the valley and one day exploring Glacier Point and Mariposa Grove near Wawona. The view from Glacier Point was amazing. We treated ourselves to lunch one day at the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite Valley. It is a beautiful hotel and lunch was great.
Words can't describe the beauty of Yosemite so just enjoy the pictures.
