Benfield's 2013 Travels travel blog

Today we drove on to Cheyenne, Wyoming where we are going to acclimate to the change in elevation for a few days before going on to Moose where the elevation is 6200'.

We didn't do any sightseeing in Cheyenne because we've spent a bit of time here before in 2009. We did have a lot of errands to run including getting Mary finger-printed for her security clearance to work for the Grand Teton Association. We did a bit of shopping. One of the things we purchased was a heated mattress pad knowing that it would be a bit chillier in Moose than what we are used to.

We also made many calls on health insurance problems. We had two places that had billed us and we paid the bills and then BC&BS came through so we needed refunds. Then we had several places that didn't submit things to Medicare prior to submitting them to the secondary insurance. That seems to happen all the time which is REALLY annoying.
