We only drove 81 miles getting from St. Anthony to St. Barbe and 11 of those were into St. Anthony and back to get the Mothership fed - 62.53 gallons at 4.142 a gallon - OUCH!! We arrived at St. Barbe RV Park about 1:00 p.m. and quickly had camp made - level, put out the slides, and hook up 30 amps. The park has four 30 amp connections right against the building. It also has two 15 amps extension cords running from inside the building so that two more could have electricity. The rest of the sites are boondocking.
The only purpose to come to this RV park is to ride the ferry to Labrador so not many amenities are required. Most are like us and stay here two nights with one of those being in Labrador while the RV stays in the RV Park. It has an eight foot chain link fence around it so that you feel secure leaving your rig alone that one night. It is right across the street from the ferry terminal so I can walk over tomorrow morning and get our tickets. They wouldn't sell them to me today?? At any rate we will get them tomorrow and spend tomorrow night in L'Anse Amour, Labrador.
