Red Bay to Clanton, AL 0 - our route - 187 miles

Red Bay to Clanton, AL 1 - a little color coming down...

Red Bay to Clanton, AL 2 - these look like maples

It was a 187 mile trip from Red Bay to Clanton, AL with an intermediate stop just outside Red Bay to give the Mothership a bath and new coat of wax - boy did she need it! We are staying at the Dandy RV Park KOA just off of I-65. Clanton is about 40 miles north of Montgomery, AL. We have a large 50 amp, full hookup pull-through site which is very nice and a little larger than we usually find at RV Parks close to the Interstate. Verizon is strong with 4G data and the satellite was a quick lock on from the roof antenna.

We didn't do much here except relax after a stressful week in Red Bay. Doris did manage to get the new refrigerator arranged to her liking and made safe for traveling without dumping everything on the floor when we first open the door. :-)

Tomorrow we head for Albany, GA to visit friends for about four days. That will be our last stop this trip before arriving home in NE Florida.
