Following another flight and what felt like a very, very long, cockroach infested, bus journey, (of which Kev remarked the three small children on the bus were better behaved than me and had to curb my boredom by passing me our laptop which had a few episodes of 24 on) we arrived in Livingstone, Zambia. The bus journey should have been a mere six hours which increased to nine hours due to a lorry blocking the road, as seen in the first picture. The main attraction in Livingstone was Victoria Falls, which certainly live up to expectation – spectacular and powerful are the only words to describe them and the photos do not do the waterfalls justice, but we’ve attached some anyway.
