This evening I went to Care Stone to visit Bernice. Our friend, Karen, was there to feed her and take care of other bedtime needs. I had hoped that Karen would have time to eat dinner with me after our visit but she had to go home to finish a birthday party cake. She is in great demand because her cakes are so beautifully done. They are works of art -- and delicious besides.
On the way home I stopped at the Waffle House across the street from the RV park. For some reason, I had been hungry for breakfast foods. I ate all the waffle and a few bites of the eggs, hash browns, bacon and cinnamon-raisin toast. I'll have the rest of it for breakfast tomorrow.
