Headed Toward Cally24 June - I had a very productive day. Went for a walk, dumped the bad stuff, refilled the good, got propaned and gassed, restocked my Clifbar supply, had a Costco dog, and finally got out of the Reno/Virginia City/Carson City area, well, kind-of anyway. I initially had planned to be around here for only 3 nights but, things happened and I ended up in this vicinity for 2 weeks, 15 nights if you count tonight, which is only 30 some miles from Carson. I stayed at a variety of places during my visit here, a RV resort, a state park, and numerous casinos. It was all was good. I am in Stateline tonight at the Horizon Casino, less than a mile from Lake Tahoe. Tomorrow I plan to walk to the Lake and California before getting underway for Vacaville. Walking across state lines has always been a thrill for me.
