|We checked in to the Wyndham around 2 in the afternoon. I sorted out who was going to be in which room, then we carried in all of our stuff, and settled down to wait for the others to arrive. I was planning dinner for that night so spent some time cutting a half dozen Cornish hens in half and getting them seasoned for the grill. I also cut up a bunch of veggies to roast in the oven. I had just finished when the others started arriving. It was a madhouse at first getting everyone sorted out, but finally we were settled and got dinner started. And finished. And I was exhausted!
