We went for a walk

The old Hanseatic buildings

We visited this museum

The type of ship the traders in this league used

Wool brought vast riches for the traders

Their dinner table

Dried fish as a trading commodity

Small sleeping quarters

On to a yard shop!

 

 

Back to the ship


A rather rainy day and we were equipped with our complete rain outfits. The town was easily reached with a short walk with the fish market nearby. A museum depicting life as a member of the Hanseatic League showed how this powerful trading group
