We had a great tour of an ostrich farm where we both sat on an ostrich and Tom actually rode one quite wildly. We learned about ostrich eggs and the ostrich meat which is a red meat, very lean and delicious, with a delightful guide originally from the Congo named Hermes. The rest of the day was another long drive back to Cape Town and An African Villa. We had dinner at Greens - the only restaurant open on Sunday!
