Passing places such as Atlantic City and Ocean City we completed the 115 mile stretch of the NJ ICW and pulled into Miss Chris Marina in Cape May. We walked up to a seafood restaurant for take out. John had fried clams and I had a seafood platter, including flounder, shrimp, scallops, clams and crab cake. I have died and gone to heaven. John finished off with Death By Chocolate cake and the restaurant, which was about to close threw in a loaf of home made bread which will make great French toast in the morning.
We studied our tide tables so that we can properly time our trip up the Deleware Bay in the morning.
