I haven’t been out the last couple of days because of the cold rain. I had a bigger-than-usual packet of mail this time, so I’ve kept busy getting caught up with it.
Today I updated my contact list in Microsoft Outlook. I set up a separate list for businesses, government and such and moved those contacts into the new folder. Now I can print a new copy of only selected contacts to keep in my purse. I’ve backed up both lists onto a little memory stick. I learned the hard way, that this is a good idea, when my computer crashed and I lost everything! I had a printed copy at that time but I had to re-enter everything manually.
