Today I met my friend, Nita Purser of Georgetown, at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Round Rock for a late lunch. She had her little granddaughter, Mary, with her. Mary is better behaved than most children I’ve observed. She invited me to her birthday party – which won’t be until May. That’s called planning ahead, I guess. :>) I think she’s about three years of age.
Nita and I exchanged gifts. She gave me a little battery-operated “meditation waterfall”. I thought I had more AA batteries but discovered that I’m out of them.
