Today Nancy and I had lunch at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant. It was more crowded than we had expected for the lunch-time crowd. We had to wait about thirty minutes for a table but it was worth the wait because we had our favorite waiter, Reggie. This time we even splurged on sopapillas for dessert. Reggie apologized to us for being distracted. He said that his body was present but that his head was at the hospital where his baby girl, Davia, is. She has some sort of bleeding disorder. He asked us to pray for her.
After lunch we stopped by Nancy's bank. I decided to make it count for me too by getting a couple rolls of quarters for the laundry machines.
Then we went to Barton Springs Nursery where Nancy bought a bag of potting soil. She has several plants that need to be re-potted. We saw a large spider web, including the spider, over their little fish pond. I took a few photos, of course. They turned out better than I had expected.
