We left Bear Lake this morning around nine for our incredible drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The drive was so beautiful, the time passed by in what seemed like minutes instead of hours. We made a couple of “Ollie” stops on the way, one was called Lander-Cut Off, it was part of the Oregon Trail. The elevation was over 7,000 feet and it was cold. The scenery was breathtaking.
We passed through the town of Afton, Wyoming on the way too, I loved the antlers crossing the road in town with two huge elk fighting. It was quite a sight. When we arrived in Jackson Hole I got pictures of the awesome antlers there too. This is a cool place, we will only be here for one night, we will be exploring the Tetons tomorrow morning before heading to Yellowstone.
