Aisha's Stories:

Tacoma, Washington: We arrived here toward 12:00 or 1:00 in the afternoon. We met Lori, who is the RE Director, and she showed us around the church. Mom was outside backing up into a spot with the help of Bob and three-fingered Jack while we were inside taking the tour. We had dinner then got ready for church tomorrow morning.

On Sunday, we were very early because we're parked right behind the church. We sat through a wonderful service and listened to Rev. Ken's sermon. At the end, a bunch of people came up to us and invited us to dinner. We went to dinner with Michelle, her son Clay, Annie and Dana on Monday. On Wednesday we went to Jennifer and Isaac's house and we played Apples to Apples (our new favorite game) and we had a wonderful turkey dinner. On Friday, Sandra came to the camper and brought a pizza and we had a girls' night out. The rest of the week we went to museums like the history museum with Lori and her kids, and the art museum where we hung out in the art studio and made art. We walked on Chihuly's glass bridge and we visited his museum which had a glass studio room and we got to watch some guys from the ages of 20-30 make these really cool art pieces. We ended our week as Halloween was approaching and went to Annie and Dana's for their Halloween party.

On Sunday, we went to church early and helped Sandra with setting the table with food. Then after church, Annie and Dana took us to lunch at a Thai restaurant and drove us around showing us places to live if we ever wanted to live here in Tacoma. On Halloween night, we went to the mall with Michelle and Clay to do a little trick-or-treating early. We drove to Annie and Dana's for a spaghetti dinner, then we made hot chocolate and went trick-or-treating in the neighborhood nearby.

We had a very emotional time leaving Tacoma. As we had such a great time with Annie, Dana, Clay, Michelle, Sandra, Lori, Hayden, Dillon, and all of Dannie's friends (Dannie = Dana + Annie). We had a great time with all the Tacoma friends we met.
