Robyn's Travelling Adventures travel blog

On Friday 24th November we drove to Wellington, a small town near(ish) Sydney. We stayed at Ben's sister's (Katy) as she was having an art exhibition on the Saturday. The drive down took nearly 6 hours, but luckily Wendy had brought a portable DVD player so the kids could watch films on the drive so that there weren't many fights between them! Katy's house was really nice, they live on a sheep farm, so rather than hearing cows mooing in the morning, it was sheep baaing! They have 2 girls, Alex(3) and Edwina(18 months) so I had 4 children to play with and keep occupied during the art exhibition! Which was interesting. Although they did manage to occupy themselves a lot of the time, except when they wanted to be pushed on the swings, although they didn't like sharing as there were only 2 swings, so those who weren't on the swings kept asking to go on them, and those on them wouldn't get off!!
