Today I finally received a check from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in repayment for the CMI-Lloyds check sent to the Texas Department of Insurance instead of to me. It was nearly $125 less than I had expected. There was no explanation for this discrepancy, so I contacted the Benefits Counselor, who has been helping me, to see whether she knew the answer. She didn’t but told me whom to contact. I’ve sent them an e-mail and now I continue to wait for answers. I am so ready to put this issue behind me!!
