Our trip from Delta to Moab, UT was a very scenic one over 234 miles and almost five hours. We did manage to give the Mothership a drink on the way too. There are many pictures of the trip with few captions as the pictures pretty well speak for themselves. We are staying at the OK RV Park just south of Moab. We have a 50 amp pull-through with full hookups, so-so WiFi, good Verizon and a clear shot to the satellite.
Since we had done the Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse State Park and Arches National Park two years ago when we were here, we went on the La Sal Mountains Loop Road
on Tuesday. It was a very enjoyable trip with great scenery the whole way.
Tomorrow, we head for the little town of Kirtland, NM just east of Farmington in the northwest corner of New Mexico. We plan on spending six nights there catching up on Mothership cleaning, laundry, and a little sightseeing, and of course, football, before moving on to Cochiti, NM from which we will attend the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque.
